Parap Primary School utilises a variety of assessment types to empower teachers and students learning. Parap staff follow the Parap assessment guide to provide two forms of assessment;

Assessment for learning – to provide feedback to students and teachers to inform and guide future teaching and learning

Assessment of learning – to inform teachers, students and parents of achievements

 

The below table outlines the key assessment types utilised by Parap Primary School and are broken down into three assessment types; Diagnostic, Classroom practice and Formative. Assessment data collected by Parap Primary teachers is stored using Grade Xpert.
